How do I view a property?
To view any of the properties, please contact the office on 01253 408444, during normal opening hours.
Monday – Friday 09:00am – 5:30pm and Saturday 09.00am – 3.30pm
You will also be asked to confirm your appointment on the day of viewing by phoning our office on the above number.
Please note that if you do not confirm the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and key holder will not be asked to attend at the appointed time.
Key holders are paid to attend viewings and work to a strict time schedule, please ensure you are present outside the property at or before the appointed time otherwise they will leave the property should you be late or fail to attend.
If you book multiple viewings you are required to make your own arrangements to attend each appointment.
How do I apply for a property?
You will be required to complete a reference application form and pay £50.00 for the first application, £25.00 for any subsequent applications and £15.00 Guarantor application. We regret that because these are administrative fees, charged to us, we are unable to consider refunds. This fee is due to be paid prior to submission of the application and is additional to any deposit sums.What is a Tenancy Agreement?
Unless otherwise agreed by the landlord, our standard 'Short Assured Tenancy Agreement' are offered initially for six–month periods that may often be renewable or may run on what is known as a periodic tenancy (A periodic tenancy is a rolling month to month contract without signing a new tenancy agreement every 6 months). Our normal requirements are payment of one month's rent and one month bond on your move in day.
